It's nice to see that people like the decor, etc. and think it's a quant little neigborhood resteruant. But you can't have it both ways folks. The fact that the resteraunt is there is destroying the very neigborhood that everyone seems to like. People that live near the place hate Peppe because he uses our neirborhood for advertising, etc. while completely disrespecting his neigbors. Just ask him while you're in there, he's told one lady that he'll have her arrested if she steps on his property again.

The biggest problem is that Apt 2 has about 10 or 12 parking places in their parking lot. After backing out of the full parking lot everyone seems to feel the best place to park is further down the street while there are usually empty spots directly across from Apt 2 on Geyer. There are even more spots along the side of the Jr. College.

Down the street from the parking lot has to be the worst place to park. The road is so narrow that a car parked on the street means the considerable amount of traffic must to go single file. If cars are coming from both sides, one will have to wait while the other goes through. To make things worse, customers park on both sides (of course using our driveways to turn around is a god given right} and park whereever they want, up on the grass or halfway into the street, doesn't matter.

Hopefully you can see how this could be a problem. We have children that play and ride their bikes in the neigborhood and should be able to so safely. Rather than work with the residents and attempt to direct his traffic to where it should be, Peppe's has decided to fight his neigbors. Just imagine the things you've read here happening in your neigborhood. By patronizing Peppe's you are making a statement, what kind of statement do you wish to make? If you decide to park on our street, please leave your address!
