The atmosphere here is very similar to that of Longhorn and Applebees, just with slight variations here and there. The service was poor, felt like me and my dining partner were being ignored the whole time. She asked for her meal a certain way, of course, it came without her special request. The waiter 'assumed' we were not going to order anything and made us wait 20 minutes prior to taking our order. Our complimentary bread was given to us 2 minutes before our dinner showed up. We were not offered any drink specials nor were we asked if we wanted dessert. We had to ASK for napkins and utensils, when he did not voluntarily given them to us after we received our food. The food was honestly not worth the price and the food was so-so. It was not worth the amount of money I spent. (I was so ticked off by the experience, I wrote them a personal letter)
